Quick and easy 10 minute spicy tuna patee
This is one of the simplest things when it comes to tuna preparation, but luckily it’s also one of the tastiest. It takes only 10 minutes to prepare a gloriously savory tuna pate with lots of delicious possibilities. We have decided to add some chilly to make it a bit spicy.
- 250g of cooked tuna (you can also use canned tuna)
- 150g cream cheese
- 2 clove of garlic
- 1dcl olive oil
- 3 anchovies
- chilli peppers, salt and pepper
Take the ingredients and mix them all together, with peeled garlic clove. When mixed season as you wish, until you perfect the taste. Put it in a fridge for few hours before serving.
And that’s all there is to it.
You can serve it as a savory dip, with bread sticks for a snack or on a hot toasted bread as a starter.
